Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Shah Alam. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for organizing and scheduling appointments, handling phone calls and emails, and maintaining accurate records and files. The Administrative Assistant will also support the day-to-day operations of the team and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks, as needed.
Qualifications
- Candidates with minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field in an advantage.
- Prior experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
