Job Description

Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Goodview Heights, Kajang

Salary: RM2,500

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry with accuracy.
• Answer and make phone calls.
• Handle photostat, faxing, and printing of site plans.
• Record and file Material Transfer Notes.
• Maintain all relevant documents and records of work progress.
• Monitor stationery inventory.
• Ensure materials delivered meet specifications.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of Primary/Secondary School/SPM or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
