Job Description

· Attends to all incoming calls and route calls appropriately to pertinent individual.

· Sorts all incoming mails/courier service and ensure distribution is made to the right recipient

· Handle walk-in at reception counter, welcoming visitors with greetings, clear direction and address them appropriately.

· Set up meeting rooms for all meetings and assist in event management

· Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, record keeping and distribution of items to internal colleagues

· Interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, suppliers and customers.
