Job Description

• Data Entry: Accurately enter invoice and payment info with proper approvals.
• Invoice Processing: Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy.
• Vendor Communication: Maintain effective communication regarding invoice discrepancies.
• Payment Processing: Prepare bi-weekly payment batches.
• Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile accounts payable records.
• Month-end Close: Assist in month-end activities and reporting.
• Administrative Oversight: Process credit memos and identify discount opportunities.
• Review invoices, perform data entry, execute bank reconciliation, and generate purchase orders.
• Assist senior financial officers when required.
