Responsibilities:
- Responsible for material procurement and budget control;
- Responsible for submitting the process of urban leasing and material procurement contracts;
- Responsible for purchasing, distributing, and conducting regular inventory of office supplies;
- Responsible for warehouse logistics management (dormitory) and ensuring logistical support;
- Responsible for administrative data statistics, analysis, control, and the organization and archiving of relevant materials.
Qualifications:
- College degree or above;
- Priority given to administrative work experience in warehousing with similar models;
- Has communication, coordination, and organizational management skills;
- Having a sense of work responsibility and career ambition, able to distinguish between primary and secondary tasks and complete them in a planned manner;
- Have cost control awareness and relevant experience in material management;
- Adhere to principles and have certain risk prevention capabilities.
