Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin/Operations Assistant in our Operations (Airside) department. As an Admin/Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our airside operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and team
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling airside activities
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Assist with inventory management and procurement
- Monitor and track project timelines
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Prior experience in an administrative or operations role is preferred
