Job Description
Operational Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and overseeing day-to-day transportation operations.
- Follow up order and shipment to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Addressing and resolving operational issues or challenges.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of transport operations.
- Utilize TMS and other relevant technologies to optimize logistics processes and enhance efficiency.
- Billing all the POD/DO in the system and generate payouts for all subcontractor drivers.
- Upload ADV in TMS system
- Manage documentation (Application Form, Copy IC & License, etc)
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
- Preferably, have at least 1 year of working experience in the same or a related industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize.
- Proficiency in MS Office is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills, such as Microsoft Office and online platforms.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in Chinese and English are highly preferred
