Job Description
- General Clerical tasks such as typing, Photostatting, filing, answering phone calls, and mailing.
- Filing documents and maintaining organizational systems.
- Performing other functions as assigned to meet department targets.
- Upholding 6S standards within the working environment.
- Adhering to the company QHSE policy and following instructions related to health, safety, and environment.
- Monitoring and addressing attendance irregularities among operators.
- Managing materials in production WIP using the ERP system.
- Handling Data Management: Compiling and recording production data, including daily production, scrap, and defects.
- Inventory management: Ensuring efficient management of production materials and timely ordering of required materials.
- Facilitating communication between staff, customers, and vendors.
- Preparing production reports based on compiled data and maintaining document files.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,600.00 – RM1,700.00 per month
