Job Description
- Recording, preparing, entering, classifying, and filing information.
- Inputting, opening, and sending emails.
- Making photocopies and faxing documents.
- Preparing routine work reports.
- Recording equipment issuance to staff.
- Monitoring shop licenses/rentals/fire extinguishers and recording expiry dates.
- Tracking road tax and company vehicle services, recording expiry dates.
- Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Copying information into the computer.
- Assisting with customer service tasks.
- Providing equipment and daily shop necessities.
- Recording daily shop stock expenses (cleaning supplies, etc.).
- Cleaning the office based on schedule.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
