Job Description
· Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
· Perform daily administrative work to ensure efficient operation of work.
· Provide excellent customer service and handle customers’ enquiries.
· Communicate and document information in a professional, clear, consistent & accurate format.
· Relay information to appropriate departments and personnel using established communication channels and procedures.
· Deal with all instructions, queries, and service requests promptly, accurately and within company-specified time frames.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
· Good interpersonal skills, ethical approach to practice, well-groomed with a pleasant personality.
· Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
· Good computer skills.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
· At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Job Type: Full-time.
Salary: From RM1,750.00 per month.
