Job Description
Provide administrative support to the Maintenance Department
- Generation and distribution of maintenance, production and to responsible parties
- Updating and maintaining asset, preventive maintenance task information
- Tracking information, schedule, and work order data
- Organizing and coordinating activities with maintenance, outlets, operations, and project department
- Analyzing downtime data to develop effective preventive maintenance procedures
- Gathering information to complete a monthly report for maintenance
- Coordinating contractor work along with unscheduled work
- Distributing all required material to Branch Manager, Operation Department, and contractor before coming to site
