- Requirements:
Required to have at least a diploma in any related field.
Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to interact with people at all levels.
Able to start work as soon as possible.
Fast learner.
Able to work independently and is an effective team member.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure with a positive attitude.
Computer literate in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Job description:
Administrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors.
They perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.
To undertake all admin duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior and the management.
Good documentation and follow-up skill to ensure the daily operation is running smooth for all department.
Provide clerical and administrative support to Top Management.
Coordinate and direct numerous work activities to employees.
Operations management: Coordinate housekeeping tasks efficiently.
Manage shipping details and logistics effectively.
Financial Administration: Handle invoicing and billing processes accurately.
Ensure timely payments and reconcile accounts as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,829.41 – RM2,00.00 per month
Education:
Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
