Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Management/Business Administrations or any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Advance knowledge in Excel is an added advantage.
• Good communication skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Ability to work independently.
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily general administrative support for smooth office and business operations.
• Engage with customers to offer insurance/road tax quotations through calls/emails/WhatsApp.
• Close sales by securing payments from customers.
• Address and follow up on sales leads provided by the company.
• Assist customers with insurance issues and ensure resolution.
• Achieve monthly sales quota and provide accurate quotations for sales expansion.
• Maintain an organized customer data system.

Able to absorb new product knowledge to provide quality services and respond to customer inquiries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer services: 1 year (Required)
