Job Description
MSLI Resources Sdn Bhd is currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Admin & HR Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and human resource tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Executing all daily money transactions and upkeeping of proper filing systems
- Managing Petty Cash and the daily ledger
- Liaising with Company Secretary (Cosec) and Company Auditor on non-financial matters
- Staff recruitment and Payroll
- Managing the Contributions to KWSP, SOCSO and EIS
- Managing Company Profile, Product Catalogues, letterhead and other Company documentations/materials
- Assisting in preparation of Statement of Accounts, Quotations, Sales Invoices, Delivery Orders, etc. – manually and via e-Perolehan system
- Computing Daily Sales Reports and following-up on customer’s payment for the Unpaid Orders
- Refurnishing the office and warehouse supplies whenever needed
- Managing all Company’s correspondence, answering phones and greeting visitors
- Scheduling appointments/meetings and preparing Meeting Minutes
- Managing the payment of Company’s bills/dues – TNB, water, telephone, internet, parking, subscriptions, office/warehouse rental, printing service, etc.
- Executing all loans repayment and payment dues on a timely basis
- Ensuring all facilities and equipment at the office and warehouse are in good condition and managing the repair works when needed
- Managing matters regarding the Company’s events/exhibitions
