Job Description
Human Resource & Admin Manager is responsible for assisting Chief Operating Officer in providing a wide range of HR advice and will support the company on overall HR matters and to manage daily HR tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- To lead, manage and be responsible for the full spectrum of the Human Resources and Administrative functions.
- Enhance, support, implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs and process flow.
- Enhance the work structure by updating job requirements, job descriptions, and appraisal formats for all positions.
- Preparing pay budgets, recommending, planning and implementing pay structure revisions.
- Manages talent acquisition & recruitment, training and development program, the career development program, retention program and succession planning.
- IR & ER related matters – grievance / counseling / disciplinary issues among the employees are well addressed within the agreed timeline and promote a harmonious working environment.
- Planning and implementing the smooth running of the office and ensure all office facilities are in good order.
- Provide human resources monitoring and advice to the executive leadership team and all managers and employees of the scope, within the framework of Group HR policy.
- Analyze and manage employee performance KPI’s to improve the overall performance of the organization (absenteeism, turnover, discipline.)
- Responsible for the application and renewal of foreign workers.
- Foreign workers and hostels management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
