Job Description

Assist the Admin & HR Manager in handling full spectrum of HR matters and daily office administration.

• Assist in recruitment process including job positing, shortlisting candidate, arranging interview, etc.
• Prepare various employment-related letters.
• Conduct orientation for new staff.
• Handle employee relations, discipline, and grievances.
• Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB.
• Assist in ISO & Anti Bribery Management System documentations.
• Monitor HRD Corp training grants and maintain employee training records.
• Ensure timely reporting and staff EA preparation.
• Maintain staff information and files.
• Assist in ad hoc projects assigned by Management.
