Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the position of Admin/HR Assistant at HNF Catering Sdn Bhd. As an Admin/HR Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with various HR functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and resume screening.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Assist in organizing training programs and events.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and correspondence.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software are preferred.
