Job Description
General Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling general office tasks such as answering calls, filling forms, data entry, managing mail, etc.
- Managing and organizing employee records and files.
- Managing employee leave records and attendance.
- Preparing crane-related documents and scheduling crane inspections.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn new skills, and good team cooperation.
- Excellent communication skills (Malay, English, and Mandarin). *Must be able to speak Mandarin.*
- Punctual and high attendance rate.
- Encouraging fresh graduates to apply.
- Available to start work immediately.
