Job Description

Duties:

  • Attends to all incoming calls and route calls appropriately to pertinent individual.
  • Sorts all incoming mails/courier service and ensure distribution is made to the right recipient.
  • Handle walk-ins at reception counter, welcoming visitors with greetings, clear direction and addressing them appropriately.
  • Set up meeting rooms for all meetings and assist in event management.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, record keeping, and distribution of items to internal colleagues.
  • Interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, suppliers, and customers.

Requirements:

  • SPM, Diploma & Degree holders can apply.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Good customer service attitude with a pleasant, helpful, friendly personality, professional, and tidy appearance.
  • Fresh graduates will be considered.
  • Must have own transport.
  • Must be below 30 years old.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
