Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of Admin, Fleet (Pick Up Drop Off). As an Admin, Fleet (Pick Up Drop Off), your responsibility is to manage the logistics and scheduling of pick-up and drop-off activities for our fleet of vehicles.
You will be required to ensure that all pick-up and drop-off arrangements are properly coordinated, and that vehicles are assigned to the right destinations and customers in a timely manner. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all fleet-related activities, including mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in fleet management or logistics is preferred, but not required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer software for data tracking and recordkeeping
