Job Description

• Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries, replying to emails, and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner.
• Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
• Ensuring the availability, confidentiality, and security of files and filing systems.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly administrative reports.
• Managing Payroll and preparing pay slips on a timely basis.
• Preparing all payments to internal and external parties.
• Preparing Duty Roster for office cleaning and ensuring the office is in a clean and tidy state at all times.
