Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Taking notes and minutes in meetings
- Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
- Preparing documents for meetings
- Processing and directing mail and incoming packages
- Creating and maintaining filing systems
- Issuing invoices and quotations
- Seeking ways to improve administrative processes
Requirements:
- Business Administration Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of Google Docs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From RM3,00.00 per month Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Petaling Jaya: Relocate or commute (Required)
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
