Job Description
- Answering incoming calls and sorting incoming mails
- Providing full admin support to the team and department
- Planning, budgeting, and identifying requirements for office furniture, equipment, and facilities
- Maintaining a proper filing and document control system
- Processing purchase requests and verifying invoices
- Creating and maintaining a useful database
- Performing research duties as required
- Assisting in maintaining attendance and tracking reports
- Planning and coordinating administrative procedures to streamline processes
- Preparing, analyzing, negotiating, and reviewing tenancy agreements and service contracts
- Liaising with government bodies, tenants, suppliers, and property agents
- Monitoring rental payments and managing tenants’ complaints
- Maintaining customer/agent contact listings and data
