The Mission You Will Take On – What You Will Do

Hostel Responsibilities:

• Keying in and verifying monthly hostel utility bills.
• Generating purchase orders and addressing the hostel repair list promptly.
• Recording and maintaining accurate monthly rental payment records.
• Tracking check-in/check-out data for local and foreign residents.
• Applying for and arranging hostel JTK certificates.
• Responding to project-related emails professionally.
• Submitting “New Hostel Rental Application” to Mr. Ian.
• Collecting and safekeeping all rental agreements.

Transportation Responsibilities:

• Recording and verifying monthly transportation-related expenses.
• Monitoring and maintaining an updated headcount of transportation usage.
• Collecting and processing transportation-related claims, including ridesharing services.

Other Duties (Hostel & Transportation):

• Updating the name list of wardens and drivers regularly.
• Monitoring and verifying supplier invoices for expenses.
• Providing detailed monthly financial data for hostel and transportation.
• Accurately recording and calculating overtime hours for drivers and wardens.
• Preparing monthly overtime forms for drivers and wardens.
• Designing and disseminating hostel and transportation-related notices to stakeholders.
