Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented, efficient, and proactive Admin Executive to support the CEO Office at Solarvest. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO Office. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing schedules, and coordinating communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be organized, discreet, and thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
2–3 years’ experience in administrative roles (fresh graduates welcome).
Exceptional planning and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Discretion and confidentiality.
