Job Description

  • Handle incoming calls and attend customer enquiries, ensuring excellent and timely response to customers.
  • Provide internal sales support, including preparing quotations, order confirmations, delivery orders, invoices, and other relevant documents.
  • Assist in sales order processing and follow up on delivery status of orders and track collection.
  • Co-ordinate with the logistics department to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
  • Liaise with customers to provide updates on order status.
  • Process sales data, sales progress reports, and other sales-related records and reports.
  • Communicate with customers via official emails regarding documentation submission, documentation status monitoring, and customer approval status monitoring.
  • Coordinate with customers and prepare shipping documents as required.
  • Maintain files of all documentation and records (physical and digital) required for individual jobs.
