Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Admin Executive to provide operational and administrative support for the delivery of heavy machinery. The successful candidate will liaise with government agencies, manage crane handover procedures, maintain accurate data records, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities include processing documents, managing correspondence, coordinating with internal teams, and monitoring inspection progress. Fluent Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

This is a permanent position, requiring alternate Saturdays (9am to 1pm). Salary: RM3,500.00 – RM4,00.00 per month with benefits including promotion opportunities and professional development.
