Job Description
- Sales order processing functions including quoting, sales orders, delivery notes, and invoicing.
- Liaising with clients/financiers for loan approval and completing loan documents in order to expedite loan disbursement.
- Following up with clients on outstanding payments and coordinating with financiers for loan release payments and reminders.
- Inputting daily transactions for accounts receivable.
- Ability to independently communicate with bankers.
- Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, control, record keeping, and maintenance.
- Data input into our internal control system.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and have a sense of urgency.
- Due to the nature of the business, proficiency in Chinese language is required.
