Job Description
Pintaras Geotechnics Sdn Bhd is seeking an Admin Executive to ensure smooth daily administrative operations. The successful candidate will maintain filing systems, oversee office cleanliness, manage documentation, and handle vendor liaising. Responsibilities also include managing office supplies, handling confidential information, and monitoring company assets.
The ideal applicant should have a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, with at least 2 years of related experience. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required, and knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage. Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Salary ranges from RM3,00.00 to RM4,00.00 per month.
