Job Description
Samsung Authorized Service Center (One Mobile Care SDN BHD) located in Sunway Pyramid, PJ is currently seeking an Admin Executive to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and serve incoming customers.
- Perform various data entry tasks.
- Ensure the accuracy of the data entry.
- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Maintain internal databases.
- Manage aspects of inventory management.
- Prepare finished products for packaging and shipment.
- Provide efficient communication and support via email, message, and call.
- Handle other ad-hoc administrative duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Proficient in Malay and English.
- Willingness to learn and start from an entry-level position.
- Flexible availability to work shift hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work under daily and/or weekly deadlines in a fast-changing work environment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in customer service is a huge advantage.
