Job Description

Responsibilities
- To monitor import and export shipment, attend to customer inquiries, progress planning, etc.
- To ensure on-time and accurate shipping document submission.
- To ensure proper maintenance of record documentation and filing
- To process payment, prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts.
- Responsible for day-to-day admin and accounts related work.
Requirements
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Basic understanding of SQL Accounting software will be an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and able to work independently.
- Able to organize, multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure independently.
- MUST BE ABLE TO WRITE AND SPEAK in MANDARIN due to the nature of business.
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,400.00 – RM3,400.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
