Job Description
~ Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
¬ Perform general day-to-day administration duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and emailing
~ Process paperwork, generate reports, maintain and update the database
¬ Arranging, monitoring & ordering pantry supplies, stationeries, toiletries, and office inventory monthly
~ Have good communication skills and able to handle multiple tasks
~ Filing documents and communicating relevant information
¬ Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirement:
~ At least 4 years of working experience in a related field
¬ Degree holder and at least Grade B in SPM Bahasa Melayu and English
¬ Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office
Salary Range: RM3,00 to RM4,00
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM4,00.00 per month
