Job Description
Location: Kota Damansara
Working Days: 5 days
Nature of Business: Established IT solution provider
- Sales order processing, including issue invoice/delivery note.
- Maintain proper sales information filing system.
- Prepare reports, such as sales/order report.
- Processing purchase order, payment request, and collections.
- Prepare invoice to vendor for funds claiming process.
- Process credit notes for marketing related activities.
- Handle the reimbursement process relating to marketing expenses.
What you’ll need to succeed in this role:
- Possess minimum 1 year working experience in administrative role.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,800.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
