Job Description

To align with the direction and objective given by the top management yearly and possess a positive attitude to achieve the direction given.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of company administrative works.
• Schedule inter-departmental meetings and handle calendar schedules of management.
• Update meeting minutes for each division meeting.
• Liaise with internal and external agencies for smooth administrative functioning.
• Organize, compile, and update company records and documentation.
• Track projects and tasks and follow up promptly on all administrative matters.
• Ensure day-to-day operations are running smoothly and resolve any daily problems.
• Collect, organize, and store information using computers and digital filing software.
• Work with the director in developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures where required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month
