Job Description
- Handle ordering, invoices, and data input in the billing system
- Match invoices with payment received
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers
- Manage and monitor billing processes
- Assist in general office administrative work
- Perform other activities as required
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Requirements:
- Proficient in computer knowledge and MS Office, Excel, and Word
- Positive attitude, independent, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Encourage fresh graduates to apply
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting/Management or equivalent
- Language requirement: English
- Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
- At least 1 year of work experience preferred!
