Job Description
To manage administrative and sales operational support functions
Organize & maintain a systematic filing system
Maintain & update company-related licenses / regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
Supervise and monitor the work of administrative staff
Manage stock / inventory in the warehouse
Knowledge in E-Perolehan & E-Commerce – added advantage
Other ad-hoc tasks as required from time to time
Candidate must possess a minimum qualification – Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English
Proficient in MS Office and knowledge in basic accounting
Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills
Independent and able to work under minimal supervision
At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
