Job Description
WHAT IS YOUR ROLE:
- Coordinates within internal departments for documentation preparation
- To maintain and upkeep proper sorting & filing of related documentation.
- Assist accounting and operational tasks that are given.
- Managing a Company’s receivables includes invoicing customers, tracking payment and reconciling debtors accounts.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- Candidate must possess at least Certificate / Diploma
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia and preferably with Mandarin-speaking abilities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills & familiar with Microsoft Office
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Preferably with Female candidate
