Job Description
- Performing data entry
- Issue and verify quotations, purchase order, delivery order, invoices, credit note, debit note, payment vouchers
- Perform day to day operation of accounting and financial activities
- Develop and carry out efficient documentation and filing system
- Any other report and works as requested by the company from time to time
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages as required
- General office management such as ordering stationery and supplies
- Maintain contact lists
- Handle banking matters
- Keep track of appointments
