Job Description
- Maintain academic and students records (student attendance, information, progress reports, results, certificate collection log book, etc)
- Assist with walk-in/parents’ enquiries at the Front Reception.
- Assist in outsource requirements for bulk photocopying and printing.
- Prepare and distribute teaching timetables and learning materials.
- General administrative duties execution such as filling, extracting data from in-house system, faxing, checking of documents and data entry.
- Assist in new students’ enrollment and registration with accredited external Examination Bodies (e.g. JPK, C&G)
- Write minutes of meeting
- Upkeep and update student memo board as per needed
- Assist managers & directions as and when required by them on ad-hoc basis.
