Job Description
1. Greeting visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assisting on guest arrival, plant visit, tours, scheduling appointments & meeting arrangement.
3. Managing the telephone directory by answering and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
4. Responding to inquiries via email, phone, or in-person.
5. Maintaining the reception area and ensuring it is clean and tidy.
6. Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
7. Maintaining office supplies and inventory, including stationery & general consumables.
8. Initiating courier service for the user’s department.
9. Staff Meal & pantry arrangement.
10. Handling guesthouse management by maintaining all guesthouse facilities and amenities, managing grocery inventory, and overseeing guest check-in and check-out processes.
11. Driver & Fleet Management.
12. Agreement & Business License renewal.
13. Assisting with other tasks and projects as assigned by management.
14. Submitting & updating monthly reports in the Administration Dashboard for courier, staff welfare & stationery.
15. Ensuring all guests/visitors have been registered at the guard house and appointments have been made before allowing them to enter the company premises.
16. Laundry management.
17. Event support.
18. Assisting other admin staff in their absence.
19. Ad Hoc Job.

Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
