Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of Admin Executive. As an Admin Executive, your primary responsibility will be to support the administrative tasks of our organization. You will be in charge of handling office supplies inventory, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining physical and electronic records.

In addition to administrative tasks, you will also assist in organizing company events, booking travel arrangements, and providing general administrative support to our team. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are crucial for success in this role.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
