Job Description
- Working Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
Main Duties:
- Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers seeking support and information relating to our services.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Maintain filing system.
- Maintenance and utilities monitoring.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors for respective projects.
- Order office supplies and research new dealers and suppliers.
- Administrative tasks at headquarters and branches.
- Assist in coordinating company’s events.
- Ensure smooth running of overall office operations.
- Coordinate and distribute documentation.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Required Skill(s): Administration and good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word).
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attentive to details with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of operating general office equipment such as a computer, phone system, printer, scanner, and fax machine.
- Must possess own transport.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month
