Position: Admin Executive

Location: Kota Damansara (Hybrid work arrangement with shorter hours on Fridays)

Purpose of Role:

• Provide administrative support to staff
• Manage scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence
• Coordinate daily administrative activities
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Assist with data entry and record keeping

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: RM3,500.00 – RM4,00.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift, Monday to Friday
• Fixed working hours
