Job Description
- Immediate Hiring, Fresh Graduates Encouraged to Apply for Data Entry and Customer Service roles
- Liaise & Follow Up with Account Personnel; Generate Billing Invoices, Payment Vouchers, Cheques Preparation, & Receipts
- Answer Phone Calls in the Building Management Office
- Maintain Staff Attendance and Punctuality Records; Admin must be Punctual, Responsible, and Disciplined
- Receive Requests/Complaints from Residents & Tenants and Report to Building Manager
- Maintain Good Documentation and Filing in the Management Office
- Experience in Building Management and Management Accounting Software is Optional
Job Type: Contract (3 months)
Pay: RM1,900.00 – RM2,100.00 per month
Benefits: Free Parking
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Expected Start Date: 09/15/2024
