Job Description

Office location: Kajang Prima
Job Description:
- Facilitate the delivery orders and handle additional requests, and record all relevant information.
- Perform data entry.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Provide administrative support to sales team efficiently and independently.
- Check and key in the delivered invoices data.
- Issue credit notes.
- Documentation filing.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
- Able to work independently.
- Proficient in written & spoken English, Malay, and Mandarin.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.
- Experience and/or knowledge in bookkeeping and filing would be an advantage.
- Prefer start work immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,00.00 – RM2,300.00 per month
Education: STM/STPM (Preferred)
