Admin Executive (Sustainability / ESG Data)

Job Description

We are looking for a calm, detail-oriented Admin Executive to support our Sustainability & ESG operations.

This role focuses on data accuracy, system management, and client communication, and is a long-term position with growth potential toward Sustainability / ESG Manager as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Key-in and manage ESG, recycling, and sustainability data in system
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability
• Prepare and support internal ESG records, reports, and documentation
• Respond to customer inquiries related to recycling data and sustainability information
• Coordinate with operations and management teams

Requirements

• Careful, responsible, and data-driven personality
• Comfortable working with numbers, records, and systems
• Good written communication skills (English / Chinese preferred)
• Interest in sustainability, ESG, or environmental data
• Fresh graduates are welcome

Career Path

This is not a basic admin role.

High performers may progress into Sustainability Executive / Sustainability Manager roles.
