Job Description

The role of Data Entry Clerk is suitable for individuals who are meticulous, organized, and disciplined in managing daily tasks.

Education:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Higher education in related fields such as accounting, office management, or information technology is an advantage.

Experience (Added Advantage):

• Previous data entry experience is a plus.
• Experience in handling large data sets or specific industries is preferred.

Job Scope:

Data Entry:

• Accurately inputting data into databases.
• Ensuring the entered information is current and complete.

Checking and Updating Data:

• Reviewing and correcting entered data.
• Updating records and removing irrelevant data.

Document Handling:

• Managing physical and digital documents properly.
• Organizing documents based on the organization’s system.

Data Confidentiality Management:

• Ensuring data confidentiality, especially for sensitive information.
• Adhering to privacy and security guidelines.

Other Related Tasks:

• Performing general office tasks as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 – RM1,700.00 per month
