Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Admin / Customer Service. In this role, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
- Manage incoming calls and emails from customers
- Assist in processing orders and resolving customer inquiries
- Update and maintain customer databases
- Provide administrative support to the team
If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, we would love to hear from you. Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
