Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Admin Cum Recruiter at Cosmo Goodness Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks such as arranging meetings, handling documentation, and maintaining records.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify potential candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Post job advertisements on various platforms and maintain job boards.
- Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Assist in coordinating induction and onboarding processes for new hires.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Prior experience in recruitment is an advantage.
