Job Description

Working Hours:

5am – 1pm including a 1-hour break

Working Days: 6 days per week, with Monday as the rest day

Job Scope:

• To handle day-to-day department operations, administration, and basic accounting tasks
• Prepare purchase orders, payment requests, and manage documentation
• Handle telephone inquiries and manage proper record-keeping
• Perform tasks as directed by superiors

Requirement:

• Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in Administration or related field
• 1 year of relevant work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, Mandarin proficiency is a plus
